Revisions include Redding Area Bus Authority (RABA) passenger loading improvements; RABA and Burney Express transit operating assistance; advancing RABA buses acquisitions; adjusting funding and years for RABA capital equipment acquisition; adding $3.5million Highway Maintenance funding for a State Route (SR) 36 overlay project; and adding $4.2 million safety and preservation Minor funding for four separate improvements to Interstate 5, SRs 44, 151, and 273. Formal Amendment No. 4 was forwarded to Caltrans on August 18, 2017, for recommendation of approval to the U.S. Department of Transportation.
