The Shasta Regional Transportation Agency (SRTA)  is seeking proposals (35 pages or fewer) from qualified consultants to develop creative proposals for public engagement, conceptual designs, wayfinding planning, and grant writing for walking and biking projects in the region’s low-stress active transportation network, feeder routes, and other active transportation facilities.  The projects will need to compete well in California’s Active Transportation Program, the Highway Safety Improvement Program, the Urban Greening Program, and other grant programs that fund active transportation infrastructure improvements.
